Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aromati, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy. This policy outlines our refund procedures and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 You are eligible for a refund if:

(a) The product you received is damaged or defective;

(b) The product you received is different from the product you ordered;

(c) You receive an incomplete order;

(d) You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

1.2 You must initiate the refund process within 7 days of receiving the product. We will not accept any refund requests after this time.

  1. Refund Procedure

2.1 To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@aromati.in with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting evidence (such as photographs).

2.2 We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

2.3 You must return the product in its original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the RA number.

2.4 We will inspect the product upon receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

2.5 If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  1. Exclusions

3.1 We do not offer refunds for:

(a) Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer;

(b) Products that have been opened or used;

(c) Products that have been tampered with;

(d) Products returned without a valid RA number.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet our refund policy criteria.

4.1 This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

4.2 If you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act, we will comply with all requirements of the Act in processing your refund request.
